It's been a while since I posted a cat painting, hasn't it? This is a cat I've painted before, Gracie (the first of my two cats named Gracie, for clarity.) Though I.... kinda messed it up a fair amount. You see, I kinda screwed up the background so bad that the only way I could really fix it was whiting it out, which... doesn't exactly look good either, but it's an improvement, trust me. At least the foreground and the cat both look nice. But I think Imma have to paint another cat soon to make it up to myself. Oh no, the horror. Hello there, You mention that you messed up the background of this paintings background, now I have no trained eyes, however as a writer allow me to express what I see:
The vivid green jump out of you first, green gorgeous vivid natural green, we further observe the darkened pink the glowing yellows stemming out, leading upwards towards the blinding light. Blinding light that seems so natural so essentially free and with it the natural green of nature, that despite being free is less vivid than the plants inside, this I believe is an important theme. On a small side note I adore how you depicted the tiny tag into one of the pots, the sense of reality is outstanding. And then in the midst of all these we have this blue collar, silently screaming out to the world, I am here. Pink ear slowly becoming the beautiful creature finding solace among the noise of the other colors, gentle and yet so meaningful. ^ ^ That's what I see, and I apologize if this comes as unwelcome ^ ^ I truly like this painting
