This is the Duchess, she's part of my RP with Krilla, and all I can say is she's a a manipulative, cold-hearted, demented bitch.
No, I can say more.

The Duchess is the Mistress of Vampires who has, up until the Duke's death, been abusing her power and has done so for decades, thousands of decades. It's unknown if she killed the Duke but evidence written in his journal before his death show how her characteristics changed as time passed between them.
She preserves his corpse under her throne but his expression of what happened to him doesn't change.

She has her followers and subjects to to hunt after Krilla in hopes of capturing her, dead or alive, so she can 'return' to her. The Duchess has claimed many times to be the daughter of Krilla. And she's obsessed with seeing her sqirm, get hurt or killed and is not afraid to put her down.

She's powerful but when she gets caught off guard she'll find a way to escape. Rumor has it she seduced the Church System into making her an official, and she's the one who ordered the burning of the Church where Krilla was taken in and have everyone killed including rumors of her being a killer.
