It's the older Tootles, from Peter Pan...
~queentakesjack22 made a Older (18) Peter Pan x Older (18) Reader and the descriptions of the Lost Boys are just so in detail that I could kind of see them in front of me..
hehAnd it gave me so much inspiration that I drew Tootles
In her story they do have other 'animal clothes', just gonna call it that...
I did also get some inspiration from an other artist, who drew them too, and looked a bit at how she did the clothes and stuff, so I'm not gonna claim that this design is mine. It never should be, because ~queentakesjack22 actually designed them and ~LikeSoTotally drew them first... I just looked at her amazing designs and did drew him a little bit different then her, otherwise I could just copy hers and that's not the right thing to do....
