Clearly he can fly, the goldish/yellow dust that falls from his wings when he does makes you pleasantly drowsy
With a lot of effort he can turn himself into a wisp of darkness and go through solid objects, but this is very draining and he can't keep it up for long
He can force people awake or enter their dreams
