Description

A piece of art is never finished, you just run out of time to work on it. That being said, I like how this one came out. It started as a study on girl eyes, and I thought the end product was looking kind of Natalie Portman-y, so I shrunk it and went to town finishing off the piece while rewatching Luc Besson’s seminal Leon: The Professional. The film is so tight and close to the ground while simultaneously having such great action scenes and characters. I actually kind of teared up at the end, having empathized with Leon once again.
