I say we make a gun that runs on stupidity and hook it up to Congress (I know they try to do their best, but this is a long running joke that just isn't that easy to pass up)

or maybe an electric gun hooked into a power generator from a waterfall!!!. the downside is you cant leave the waterfall. DAMN, guns are pretty stupid

How about a gun that absorbs air, enriches it to become metal (by merging several atoms to form one of the higher period) and stores the ammo in a subspace capacitor for a nearly limitless supply! And, imagine it had a, lets say, 15mm caliber.

It should run on brainpower! You know, like the more brainpower you have, the more you can use the gun (it doesn't siphon brainpower, in other words). That way, stupid people wouldn't be able to use it!
