The Muse Euterpe ("rejoicing well" or "delight"), in Greek mythology, was one of the Muses, the daughters of Mnemosyne, fathered by Zeus. Called the "Giver of Pleasure", when later poets assigned roles to each of the Muses, she was the muse of music. In late -Classical times she was named muse of lyric poetry and depicted holding a flute.

I just felt inspired today, lately I have been really busy with midterms, and other things that have been going on in my life. I think I pissed off a lot of people by promising to show up and never did… I am sorry to them, but honestly I have been really busy.
Now about the piece that is before you, well I had my Ipod on “random” and ended up listening to InFlames – Man made god, just the thought of their CD cover made me want to do something in resemblance
I really hope that you will take time and look at composition, again I tried to emphasize on moving the eye around the canvas without throwing it overboard, and hopefully it worked out.

P.S. It’s kind of grainy due to the water mark, the print will be high resolution and I will put it up as soon as I get the approval from Anna.
