And the last panel, Auric looks... kind'a sad, I guess. Looks kind'a like he has rings under his eyes... He has a lot to handle now... his best friend's dead, he's been told about Ed's past (I'm guessing they didn't leave out some of the worse details either, right? >_>" )

aww glad you like -^_^- my rough guess would be that roy will be on around page 40 or so... BUT he won't meet auric yet.. I absolutely love the scene where they meet cause auric is just awesome.
go and read it.XD it's sooo well written it's impossible to copy that in comic form.

yes they are married (cause this is a scribble thing I might sometimes forget drawing their rings.. and I draw them on the right hand cause I am german and here in germany wedding bands are usually on the rightXD)

I suppose it must be pretty complicated.
I tried doing the same thing for a Welsh project before (we had to pick a story and translate it as accurately as possible) and I gave up half way through out of sheer frustration. I ended up translating a poem instead XD

yes full circle is partly quite hard to translate.. most of the word games I managed to keep in german but for example the part with the 'you have a good arm' (meant as good aim in this case which roy says.. and al winces a bit when he hears that, thinking of good arm as fully intact arm) .. that part is impossible to translate to german with keeping the irony.. sadly. I'm having fun though^^ I love to translate^^
how far did you get with translating ? by half way through do you mean you got to the half of the story O.O I need about 30 min-60min for a page in word .. font size 7 or so I think.. or 9.. small

I meant half way through the story.
The story was around 11 chapters long...
It does get easier after time though, mainly because words you struggled translating at the beginning get easier to remember.
I think it took me around 60 min a page. But that was size 12 font.

just checked again and yes the font size is 7 verdana^^ I got to page 45 . wow I am amazed by myself.. I wonder how many hours went into this..XD in German it gets even longer .. I think for any 1 page in english you get 1 1/4 pages in german XD
yes I noticed that too^^ but some words I keep checking again and again..
^^ well I am a little translation obsessed person so I had practice^^ I even think in english sometimes.. XD
still a lot to do though.. the thing is 250 pages long (well not exactly cause I copy and pasted two or three chapters two times without noticing first.. so I don't know the real page count at the moment.. but LONG.)

That's about the same with Welsh then. Welsh books are always longer than the English versions (although usually only by a couple of pages or so)
Same here.... Like I can never remember the English for Ymson (It begins with an S....)
I think in English anyway. Apart from when talking/writing Welsh. That's why I find it difficult to write in English after talking/writing Welsh, because my brain doesn't quite comprehend English spelling at that point in time...

I want to translate that story to Welsh now, just to see what it'd be like XD
