The two heroines of my "Jewel of Inversion" TF comic chicken-yuki.deviantart.com/ga… except it's the first heroine, Florence, undergone the more gradual makeover from a proposed AU along with a mental change of a different nature. Apparently she hasn't passed on the transforming magatama onto her successor in the original series. Perhaps it still has more magic to work on Florence, or that our younger heroine is "spared" the jewel's changes in this universe?

Either way, I get the feeling a stronger bond could form between them compared to the simple passing meeting-
