So cocoon was an Illustration Friday topic, this topic got me thinking way too much I think. This was a really depressing topic for me, made me think of being trapped, made me think or something I can never have and other selfish things. Definitely cried the whole time I sketched this out.

Any personal reasons can be easily passed over as on the outside this is just a variation of Kakuna, from the Pokémon video game franchise. The character is compressed tightly, with binding silk..
