Oh boy, so...it's been a while hasn't it? Well the new season of TD2023 has kind of awaken the old TD fan in me and oh boy do I cringe at that  good lord I was one of those cringy fans back then, thank god I wasn't online until I was 15 and that sort of calmed down and meeting some good nice fans on here helped as well.

Anyways I was reawaken of being a major fan of the Step Brother team, and looking back at most of my art of them...I really want to remake some of it and ideas.
A remake of their PARENTS, we never did get to see them or really learn much of them (besides that they married a year ago and Lorenzo's dad is a motivational speaker, which I totally ignored when first making these 2 *facepalm*) BUT hey least this does give us fans a fun time to imagine what the parents are like...so here is my take...

FRANK (Lorenzo's real father/Chet's stepfather)
AGE) 44
- Frank is a stern man, well built man. He is all about running a well oiled family, a kind loving one that is. Which was definitely tested when Chet and Lorenzo first met and all HELL broke loose  he was really pushed to his limits and challenged a lot. He actually worked a simple business like job way back UNTIL his wife passed away...he did hit rock bottom from that (anyone would) but soon found the strength to pick himself up (especially for his son) and continue on which lead him to become a motivational speaker and help others who feel down and out. From this is also how he first met Susie. He was able to somewhat bond with Chet when he first met the kid (Chet was 13 when Susie began to date Frank) but of course Chet did keep to himself mainly, very shy around the guy as well. He does have a VERY STRONG bond with his son Lorenzo, since those 2 did have to cope and struggle through the pain of losing a loving wife/mother. After the race now he has a strong bond with Chet, and you can definitely bet he and Susie can finally relax knowing their sons are finally getting along.

SUSIE (Chet's real mother/Lorenzo's stepmother)
AGE) 36
- This woman well...pretty much had a rough life with Chet's REAL father, but before all that she was the oldest of 3 siblings, lived with a strong Christian family, and was seen as a very loving, smart girl who needed to be pure and stay on the right path in life...oh boy did that make her crack in her older teen years...leading her to...MARK (Chet's real father) a man who was pretty older than her, he was a rebel, rode a motorcycle, smoked, broke rules, oh yeah he was her get away! Little did she know this would backfire...leading to an abusive relationship which only got worse when Chet was born...it wasn't until Chet was 8 suddenly he and his mom were kicked out. Susie was scared to return back to her parents, but they were so HAPPY to see her come back, they were so scared of what happened to her but now she was finally home. Her or her family never did report Mark in to the police or anything like that...he didn't want anything to do with her at the time now so why bother? Just forget him and move on in life. She works as a cleaning lady at this college (she does night shifts cause at least she could be at home with Chet in the morning) This is how she met Frank, he was holding a late night talk and while cleaning she was over hearing it and loved what he spoke...about being strong and tough for the ones you love, to be there no matter what for those you love. It melted her heart and she just HAD to meet him... When meeting Lorenzo (he was 13 at the time as well) the kid was very closed off to her, he didn't like her at all at first, he was never mean to her but just did not like the idea of a new mom... Of course now after the race Lorenzo has a better bond with Susie (but he still can be iffy here and there). Both her and Frank can finally relax now as well...

Overall I am very happy with these remakes! Really love how they came out compared to the old ones.
