A gift for ;u; And her character Lil. I'm seriously proud of this picture! <3 :'D I love how it turned out and it's probably my best piece that I've done so far~! quq The grass took forever to do! x-x My Gimp didn't like it when I kept changing it to different shades of green. x'D

Hehe i know everything of his song to "maybe im dreaming to all things bright and beautiful album" but my most fave song is deer in the headlight hello seattle rainbow veins fieflies the technicolor phase west coast friendship surnburn and vanilla twilight^^but theres more but its too many to metioned it^^

I like a lot of those songs too~ >w< Deer in the headlight, Fireflies, Vanilla Twilight, Good Time, Galaxies and Alligator Sky are probably my most favorite songs from him<3 Though I pretty much like all his music, those just easily get stuck in my head. x3

I do that too. ^-^ I listen to music that goes with the theme of the picture that I want to draw and it motivates me.

The head is very well detailed it just the body is too small way too small but I think if you look into poses and how to draw bodies to match the size of the head it will look better.

The firefies are very well done and the background :3c

I love the blending action going on with Lil's white tips! You did it beautifully. I love the fireflies too. They don't just look like odd plasma balls floating in midair. They actually look like fireflies! And the grass is pretty cool too.  Excellent background concept. This actually looks more complete as far as a picture goes, than say, this:

Even though you probably put as much effort into that piece, I think you had more "oomph!" with this one of Lil. There's somewhat more of a dynamic going on, and you've developed your field of depth a bit more. Texture's definately better too.

Thank you so much! ;u; I loved drawing Lil. She's so cute and her design is very easy to draw~! c: I tried using a paint-like style that I'm working on for her, but I'm still practicing on it. //As you can see with the water and shirt. Haha//

And I'm really happy that you like the background! I usually can't draw backgrounds, but I wanted to try something outside of my comfort zone. ^-^
