It's useful to learn drawing all sorts of hair - I avoid some of those too, though - not because they are all that hard, but because I simply don't like how they look. buzzcuts... meh.. I don't really think there is something like 'extremely anime' hair, those are all regular or styled hairstyles that simply look extreme because the artist has a style that makes them appear so.

Ah, maybe unrelated question, but I felt like asking. There's a group I'm running that is having an opening till October 1st - it's about cute 12 year old kids with animal ears in a semi-dark setting. Fighting ghosts, some supernatural things and such.
