It's Mindy!apart from Slappy and Skippy, her and Buttons are my favourite extra segment from Animaniacs.
Though i drew her lil' bit older... coz toddlers are too hard to draw. i think she's 12 here.... who knows.
and no, i did not forget her overall strap. its supposed to be undone. but i forgot to draw the strap dangling behind her. ah wells.
Drew this on a mac at school. Our school just recently got tablets (only like about... 5) and i drew this during my computer art lesson, when i was supposed to be doing some label design stuff xD

Nice work I remember her from Animaniacs I think she was ADOPTED & that's probably why she always called her mom LADY!
