Something for the twi'lek fans out there. For those who don't know, a twi'lek is a fictional alien species from the Star Wars universe, known for their "lekku" (head tails) and skin tones that span the rainbow.Of note, this images uses a new lekku set, that has quite a few options to it. I was saying that it's after seeing these ladies at the renderosity site that I got the courage to do my own twi'lek renders, but I really thought that I had put this work in my fave here on DA... So, correcting that right now !

Wow ! I first saw that picture at renderosity.com, I think, and it's that render who got me to do Twi'lek renders myself... In fact, I thought it was already in my faves, but this morning, writing to you, chimera, I saw that no... it was not... So, correcting that right now !

Does the Lekku package work for DAZ Studio aswell?

I wasn't made with Daz Studio in mind, but as I understand it some people have gotten it to work in DS.

But does the downloadable package contain only the tentacle thingies (hair) or something else?

It has the tentacles, all the headgear, as well as the different head crests. Although it comes with textures, what is does NOT have is a texture that matches V4 perfectly. You'll have to do that yourself in Photoshop.
It's free, so just download and play around with it.
