Man, it sure looks to me like Catwoman put on her classic outfit to catch Batman's eye(s)! Especially because it seems to be kinda breezy at the place where the meeting is taking place!

Maybe THAT'S why she decided to wear it? To show off a bit of skin?

Very cool stuff. Interesting architectural details too. The brick work looks like some commercial attractions I've seen where the walls are made of molded fiberglass. (not a criticism, just telling you what it looks like to me. And it would make sense for Catwoman to hide out in a fake dungeon. (at least to me it seems to fit her personality)

Anyway, very cool pic!
