It was actually a thicker outline using a gelpen. I just scanned and cleaned it with photoshop

This is just fan art but will be used for a worldwide petition mail by Power Stone fans. If Capcom ever approves the game, then I hope it'll be for the PS3 and Xbox360 for online gameplay!
