History:

Cici was born as an only child to a couple both usually busy with their careers, one being an artist always on tours and the other, a lawyer almost always cooped up in his study.

As a child, besides being legally blind, he was very sickly and stayed indoors most the time. He had very few friends who bothered socializing with him. His teenage years was just a little better as he proved himself able to study in a normal school were he found himself wanting to continue his father's legacy as a lawyer, helping other people and upholding justice.
Personality:

80% nerd, 69% immature jokes. He is quite a pacifist and only wields his weapon to defend what he believes is right. He hates being pitied and always try to prove himself independent. Approachable and friendly, he is actually quite a cold logical thinker, calculating every move, every possible situations before acting. That being said, he can be quite a paranoid and blames himself if something goes wrong that he hasn't prepared for. Despite this, he masks his cold thinking self with a stupidly happy smile and jokes at inappropriate times.

Controls wind and any gaseous matter
"As light as a feather" and swift with his movements
Despite his blindness, he can sense the positions and movements of objects around him by feeling the flow of the wind around him. Think like, Toph Beifong's "seeing" but only with air, and not as precise as air molecules arent dense like the earth's.
A brilliant chemist and often uses poisons and chemicals he vaporizes when not in his Daemon form.
Weaknesses:
Always thinking about the greater good, disregarding whatever consequences it might take.
Stubborn and can be immature
Annoying for most people
Can be manipulative, disregarding what people might feel.
Is not very good at processing his emotions
Physically weak
Has to keep his breathing stable to use his powers, which is difficult having asthma
Blind, especially if you take away the air he uses to "see"
Strengths:
Logical and objective in making decisions
A fun person to be around with if you can stomach his immaturity
Always happy to help as long at it doesn't compromise his plan
Good strategist and leader
Has mastered his element enough to aid his movements with the least energy expense
Fast and agile, can dodge with ease

Will never be caught showing his eyes. He is very secretive about his Nephesh and would only show it to a person he fully trusts.
His hair is actually soft and straight. He just gels it spiky like some dudeboy bro.

Has a thing for renaming terms to their literary function or description.
As a general, he has no recollection of his past unlike other students.
Would have been a really good artist.
He can still see blurry silhouettes and very bright colors and lights.
Easily bored and can't stay still without fidgeting, usually by playing with his braided hair.
Can play the violin but not exactly talented in music. "It's only for show because you look, like, at least 300% smarter if you can play something."
