Occupation: Ron is the Ground/Rock Type Gym leader, also the first, but dont be fooled, he might be the weakest but he will put up a good fight to see if you are really worthy of becoming a pokemon trainer...just look at it this way, hes gonna be the one to determine if you have potential or not. So, you better train your pokemon well if you want to beat his Linoone >:I
His hobby is watching pokemon in their natural habbitat, AKA pokemon watcher

Personality: Ron is a pretty nice guy. He will try to help anybody that needs help, and the same goes for pokemon. He loves to travel and to take lots of pictures of the beautiful pokemon and views he sees. He rarely gets mad, but when he does, he takes his ipod out, puts on rock song, and just sit there with a funny expression on his face, trying to calm down. One thing though, he is very bad at talking to girls and sometimes he ends up making a fool of himself, but he tries. Ron loves to hug Dakota when he feels sad or lonely, and his loyal friend makes him feel better in no time. Also, Ron loves to tell and listen to Ghost and scary stories, but what he loves the most is scaring people xD

History: Ronney had a pretty normal life, being the only child and all. His mother and father were exellent pokemon trainers, and becouse of that, he always had the "i want to be the best pokemon trainer and be in the elite four!" goal in mind, but his goal began to change as he grew up. He realized that there was alot of places and things he havent seen, pokemon he havent met, and adventures waiting for him, so at the age of 14, he decided to run away from home, leaving a note to his parents saying "if you dont want to give me my dreams, i'll just have to take them. Im never coming back."
Why run away? well, becouse his parents were very protective and they refused to let him go to distant places by himself, causing them to always be fighting about it, but that didnt stop him. His aunt though, was very supportive since she was a coordinator and knew how good it felt to travel around and be surrounded by different pokemon, so she sent him money for food and shelter until he finally got a job. He spent 1 year working in the pokecenter in Sunnyshore city until he saved up enough money to begin his travels.

He traveled all around the regions, learning and studying about the different pokemon there. He managed to catch the pokemon in his team and thats it, becouse he was always afraid that if he caught too much, he wouldnt give them enough attention.
At the age of 17, he managed to become the ground type gym leader, and the first strong oponent for new trainers. At the end of each battle, win or lose, he gives the trainer a little review and tips of what he/she can do better, since he wants that person to be successful in his/her life.
