Please note that this is not a beginners tutorial, it assumes some general knowledge of Photoshop (layer options, brush settings, ...)
It's more a Walkthrough than anything else, but I hope you get the idea.
If you have any specific questions, don't be shy and please ask!

Also, my Photoshop is not in English, I tried to explain the settings in the text though, so I hope everything's clear.
