Hey everyone! Hope you're all doing well!Stella and fam!
Please dont kill me for putting the comic on hold to make this..
I hope this is enough for now... To tell you the truth, i needed to finish this because it actually HAS an ending. huhu... I as really hoping to introduce Beck to you guys in the next update..
It's past Mother's day, Father's day, and now Pride month, and i'm like two holidays late. lol.
Honestly, i started this sketch last year, but finally convinced myself to color it (since i was feeling pretty stagnant with my art once more.. being so busy in interior design, and dare i say- the webcomic- has taken most of the time when i could have been experimenting.)
(I have a serious head canon of Stella being a responsible queen and a good mother. haha. In the webcomic, Stella had gone through a lot of social pressures as a queen- often being criticized for her seeming lack of care. In a way, her duties had toughened her out, and taught her to be much more serious. BUT- she still got time for fashion week. Aaaaaaye)

I really like how you portrayed Stella and her family and duties. I think it adds a lot to the story background and makes it even more elaborate, which is always a good thing (cuz you make us get to know the characters by their actions on various fields - school, home, work).

For the love of the Dragon Flame you could of a more fucking weapon for the Kai could be a katana or a scimitar more not those green chopsticks that he use in that art,😂😍😘

Those "chopsticks" are called Eskrima sticks, which are part of Filipino martial arts- a kind of improvisational fighting style often times used in Hollywood fight sequences. Even Nightwing owns a pair. I just wanted to inject a bit of my culture into my work.
I realized that maybe you didn't know what Eskrima sticks were at all. I hope what i shared to you was informative. Please don't call them chopsticks.

Sorry, I did not have the knowledge that Esckrima's batons would be a weapon with a culture and Also a reason for the Kai possila Hope to see the Kai in battle in the style of Eskrima's baton. And I'm From Brazil and I did not have the knowledge of filipino culture.

This was sooo cute and beautiful and I loved it so much!!! Awww I love how Stella's kids surprised her as soon as she woke up and how Beck's holding a tray of food meaning breakfast in bed for the lovely queen and mother of five picture-perfect looking children~ And the fact you added Brandon surprising her with a late romantic dinner for two made me love this piece even more! Tbh they have always been my favourite couple beside Flora and Helia and Layla and Nabu

You're most welcome! Musa and Riven were great together in the beginning, but the show messed with their dynamic too much that it was hard to still like them as the seasons went. But they're supposed to be back together in season 8 what with Riven returning and all. I haven't been too interested in watching the new season because of the new animation style, but maybe Riven has changed upon his return

Awww, this was really sweet! It's so nice to see Stella just going through her everyday duties as a queen that it became second nature to her, to waking up after a long night to her children's faces on Mother's Day!~ I noticed it made her whole day since she had a smile on her face as she went through her duties. To top it off, you added a beautiful moment with Stella and Brandon! I love everything about this lovely piece!
