While I can't say I've seen this "Meiko" from Vocaloid in such a specific outfit, her outfits are obviously seductive in a way.
I'm assuming this is a either a version of her I have yet to see or you've put your own creativity to work in expressing your own original design for an alternative outfit/theme for her, or perhaps you're not even attempting to emulate the vocaloid Meiko at all.
In any case, you're outfit screams mysterious and possibly threatening seduction and you picked an environment that's as classy and pleasing to the eyes as your outfit, and as such, fit very well together to ensure a seamless expose of a character you're portraying.
