Byakuya without the scar and the kenseikan
This means that Byakuya is not the Head of the Kuchiki family
Wonder if it means that someone else is the head or byakuya is not a noble from the kuchiki family anymore
If is someone else so did this menas he got married again???

Hm, I highly doubt any of that was the case. His grandfather didn't wear the kenseikan either, and he was most certainly head of the Kuchiki house during his lifetime. Really the only other character we've seen art of wearing the kenseikan is his father Soujun... Kouga was a character from anime filler only, and the kenseikan were a bit misappropiated to him only to visually hint to his connection to the Kuchiki.
As far as I know, Byakuya's father was never actually head of the house. I'm pretty positive his grandfather lived longer than his father did, and yet his father still wore kenseikan... as such, I believe it is further evidence that they were just for signifying the noble family, not necessarily reserved for the head of the family house.
^^ So I don't think we have to worry about anything weird.
