Today must have been Muir’s day off, for the coast line seemed to be unnaturally nice and calm. His stench of salt lingered, and the sound of his waves always present- but for the most part, Grian seemed to have taken control of this part of the coast, at least for this moment. The sun was warm on his skin, and the clouds were few to if any, truly a lovely day.
It seemed only right that the Goddess take her rightful spot today, as it was the first group lesson for the colts and fillies with their newly awakened magic. The young ones congregated in one big group, chatting to one another over whatever three-year-olds talked about, Gods if Skul knew. Off to the edges, some of the elder firebringers watched carefully, but seemed to be engaged in their own conversations, buying time until it was time for them to teach th

Old art piece is old But I've been meaning to upload it forever now! School and events over the summer (Glenmore action, vacation, dad getting hospitalized, etc...) distracted me from doing so, though >.> And now school has crippled my Skul muse so no lit piece for right now (it will come soon once I get a big enough break in my testing and school stuff to resurrect my muse and write up something that isn't poo, I swear - maybe this weekend or next weekend if things look good). However, the basic jist of what's going on here is that Skul is giving a little demo to the young'uns (the new 3 year olds with brand new magics) on what cool things fire can do, using a little bit of a flame and manipulating it into something rad. Riah may have given him some pointers on fire-puppets before hand. Puppets are cool and manly and you cannot tell Skul otherwise, he'll just whip out his bird and be like "LOOK AT THIS AND TELL ME IT ISN'T MANLY".
