Bought a Pentel brush pen and practiced inking a bit.Great tool.
Tried to ink fast and keep it loose.
I'm not completely satisfied with the result, but anyway, thats why I'm practicing, right?

Very cool to see how you changed it. The inks look good alone, but I think you lost alot of the line nuance that your pencils had. I prefer the pencils by far. I almost want to ink them myself

But yeah, I think thats always the problem - to keep the energy/the feeling of the pencils. But I'm looking for a specific finished style(that I haven't found so far) so I always change the style of the pencils while inking.

Curious if you're inking traditional or digitally? Anyway, I hearya on this totally. hard to find an inking style sometimes for fluid pencils. Maybe try the 'finest of fine' micron pens. My pal Francisco Herrera said he uses a .002, insanely fine.
About me inking, I'm tempted. Hey, maybe we could do that on this draw or another. Heck, would you be interested in a color collab with me down the road?

What's wrong with it? Looks solid to me. hmm.. Maybe his right hand doesn't pop off from the jacket enough but as you said it was practice.

die inks gefallen mir durchweg gut, besonders im faltenwurf machen sich die unterschiedlichen strichstΓ€rken super. Leider finde ich das gesicht zu glatt, ein paar schraffuren oder kantiger bewegungen hΓ€tten gut getan...
Ansonsten sind die inks wirklich sehr klasse und machen auch ohne colorierung einen vollendeten eindruck...
