That's a 'boidy' with a bad attitude... apparently.
Then again, I can't really blame that 'puddy tat' putting on such a high bounty after decades of trying to catch her without success. Desperate times call for desperate measures.
Think that cat's gonna need some smaller shackles than those hanging on the wall, however... Tweety's just gonna fly through something so big.
In the meantime, there's a juicy mouse to the side, so that should be satisfying anyway.
