Probably my favorite character design at the moment. I took inspiration from Beidou's pose when you get her in a banner and a switch axe. She's not a genshin original character but if she was, she would be a 5 star hydro character.

"Hey, want to see me obliterate a thousand fish in a second?" "Huh? Since when did I have this sharp metal stick on my hand?" "My favorite fish? Probably a red snapper... or maybe a barracuda! No wait! Eel, definitely eel! So many yummy choices to choose from, why'd you have to ask me that question?"

About Tsun Tan:
Tsun Tan was originally a tribe member who had recently been enhanced by a strange object she struck in the water. She managed to enhance her abilities further and vowed to protect the oceanic tribe from any hostile outsiders or objects. For a moment, she was actually not as dense as usual but then it came right back to her as she went fishing with a sharp branch right after enhancement. Still completely oblivious to the pile bunker attached to her arm, she made her own weapon from scrap metal found on the opposite side of the beach. It had somewhat of a aura so she thought it would be cool if it glowed in the dark or something. It just so happened to be infused with the power of the ocean. Whatever that meant, she didn't really care one bit. She made an axe like weapon that switches to a long sword. It was heavy at first but nothing like that is going to stop Tan from using it. She attempted to fish with a boulder once so you can imagine how that went. One of her fellow tribe members made her a kimono to go along with her new weapon. It has three large green areas that seem to generate a field of water around the wearer when enough water effect has been built up. It also attracts storm clouds which may be a little unsafe for the village. She now happily spends most of her time on the beach in her own house catching fish (the old fashioned way, with a spear) and causing storms off the coast for no reason. Occasionally she can be seen walking on water in her veil, swinging her blade about and practicing techniques. She also has grown out her hair.

Tsun Tan Battle specs:
Tsun Tan is a MEDIUM CLASS EX character. Although Tan may seem a little dense, her combat skills are on point and she will utilize her own techniques and abilities to over power her opponent. Her normal move set consists of different slashes from her blade and fancy kicking foot work. Her legs a probably just as buff, if not even stronger than her arms. She can block strong impacts and sharp projectiles with her field and blade. She is definitely one force of nature to some extent. She can and will cause a tsunami if she is in a tight situation and if she is not on her home island. Raging storms will also occur and make it hard for any flying opponent to stay out of the way from the lightning. Just like before, if she doesn't forget, she can use her pile bunker to swat any thing out of the sky. She can also use it to pierce and damage enemy armor. Even without her weapon, she will still pose a threat with her hand to hand combat. Tsun Tan is the strongest, most supernatural human character as of this post.

Tsunami Tanzanite can cause the water debuff with any of her attacks. This can extinguish any flaming character or damage any character that is weak to the water element.
Tsunami Tanzanite can also cause the shock debuff with lightning from her storm clouds. This can and will damage and shut off any character that is susceptible to lightning.

She is immune to the water debuff as she causes it and commands it.

She is weak to the fire debuff as it will dissipate her water veil and make her vulnerable for a few seconds. It can and will also burn her skin as she is a human who turn blue from an object. The same goes for the blast effect.
She is weak to the corrosive debuff only if her water veil is not active. This will also burn her skin.

Battle stats for a Medium EX class:
Attack stat - 12/10, 15/10 when attacking with switch axe like blade.
Defense stat - 13/10
Speed stat - 14/10
Weapon stat (based on weapon itself and how well the character can utilize it) - 9/10, this is a sharp metal pole that shoots out at a tremendous speed. This can and will damage other characters if they are not careful.
