Wow, that must have been one frightening teacher! Feline stares are quite distinct. I'm always looking for the chance to add rainbows, even if only in the background

Really nice -- There's something arresting about the cat's eyes -- I feel like it's going to ask me three riddles and I had better know the answers!
The contrast of solid and transparent (and somewhere-in-between) works very well, too!

There's something quite severe about cat eyes, like they're subjecting everything to extra scrutiny. In retrospect, I realize that my composition here was rather simplistic, but I also like the idea of a self-aware drawing — one that stares right back at the viewer, as if to question the role of vision. Plus, I always enjoy a good riddle! Thank you for the kind words
