Description
This was done as a commission for probably the most patient person on earth Jonathan. In all honesty it was supposed to be wham, bam, thank you mam, but like some of my commissions I get obsessed with doing my best, and end up just redoing elements of it over and over again. *sigh* it's a problem I need to fix.That being said, I'm pretty happy with it so I hope you enjoy!
Drawn and colored in photoshop cs 5 with an old wacom cintiq and a intuos 3!

I don't think there is enough contrast in the values of the body's form. also since it's not a photograph you have full liberty and responsibility as an artist to do something to help the viewer distinguish the chain from the buckle behind it or the hand from the leg behind it.

Awesome job with the extensive details and the dynamic pose. I really do not think that your tendency to want your commissions to be at their very best is a problem. For many of us, we want those who ask us to make drawings like this to get the best that we have to offer, and that usually means slaving away on each and every single detail until it is just right. I encourage you to always put all of your heart and soul into your artwork, and never let anyone tell you that you take too long on a piece just because you want it to look its best. Good things come to those who wait. Keep up the good work!
