If you've read the Manga or seen the anime (Hellsing Ultimate), Seras was once a human who was caught in the middle of a fight with Alucard and another vampire. After some time, she was taken hostage by the guy Alucard was sent to kill... thus in order to kill the vampire, Alucard had to shoot Seras as well. Afterwards, Alucard turned her into a vampire.

Although I appreciate your compliment I would like to correct your statement. PipxSeras is the only Cannon pairing in Hellsing. AlucardxIntegra is not a cannon pairing... it is hinted at on numerous occasions but it never actually occurs and it is my belief that it never really will occur.

I have read it... and all it proved to me was the even though they have an affectionate relationship I highly doubt Integra would compromise her own honor by being in a romantic relationship with a vampire... I think its a little ridiculous that people would even consider otherwise and preach to people who don't agree with them.

The strong implication comes from them both refering to the other as count, and Integra giving Alucard blood helps. Alucard has a thing for oldies anyway.

I'm aware of all that but I think most people don't seem to realize that was probably as close to a romantic relationship that they would ever get. They have a special relationship that people are hell bent on oversimplifying as romantic when its much more and less than that. She is the master, she calls the shots and she would never compromise her own integrity or the integrity of her family name by being in a romantic and or even sexual relationship with Alucard. He is the devoted servant and though he affectionately calls her countess he respects her far too much to overstep his boundaries.(unless he's rather hungry, something that went immediately punished.)

I don't think I'm over-analyzing this I just think I'm being the voice of reason here. Hirano didn't build all these characters up in such a complex manner to have them all simplified by fan wank. The final chapter was chock full of meaningless fan service and its almost impossible for people who think of Integra and Alucard as cannon to look at the whole picture and really look at the personality and character of them both. I don't know why you seem to want to change my mind because I do not think Alucard and Seras are canon either. I really feel like I'm the only un-biased opinion in this whole mess and the crusader like fervor on both sides truly baffles me.

Ack wall of text!!! It's a complicated matter, I simply interpreted it as romantic via the subtleties. For example Alucard tries to drink Integra's blood while she sleeps, the last time he fell in love with a human (as Dracula) he did just that so *shrugs* I see where your coming from but I don't really agree (btw I do not ship this couple so I don't fall in the crusader area either)

...If you're going to make that argument I think you're forgetting that he tried to turn Mina into a Vampire like him... The only person he actually did that with since then was Seras. He also drank EVERYone's blood back then... Please don't make me give you another wall of text.

The main reason he didn't turn integra then is that she shot him. Besides he didn't get back then that humantity is something to be treasured hence him getting mad at anderson for stabbing himself with a nail. Also i don't think the chapter was called romancia for nothing.

So if he knew now that humanity was supposed to be treasured why are you implying that he wanted to turn her? Shes a pure virgin human why would he want to take that away from her? I really think all the stuff in the last chapter was fan service. If Hirano wanted to confirm that a relationship between them was canon he would have given more concrete evidence than the simple silly flirtations that occurred throughout the series. Pip Kissed Seras and sacrificed himself for her. That is proof of real love. There is nothing close to that between Alucard and Integra. Basically, I wont believe Alucard and Integra is canon until I see more evidence.

That was the last chapter, so this is the only evidence we have to go on. As for trying to bite Integra, he was hungry.
