Cute character. She kind of looks like Tifa from FF VII
The pose looks good and as usual I really like the colours and shading chosen. The bright background works well with the drawing too. Great work.

Well, overall it's nice, but it does have a lot of problems with it.Β
The good stuff: The colors, the face and her shorts.
The bad stuff: The body is twisted way too much, the human body doesn't contort that way. Also her waist is too thin, and her hands look weird (I know, I know, hands are hard to draw...) It might look better if fingernails were added.

What I find amazing about this drawing is the fact you drew her with her body twisting it's beautiful, all in all her mid section twisting is the best part ^^
