Description
The 6th Kusakage of the Village Hidden in the Grass, a man of youthful vigor and charisma.
In his younger years, Saisyou took a lot of inspiration from the Yellow Flash of Konoha, which strove him towards mastering the Body-Flicker Technique at a very young age, although he never figured out the secret behind the 4th Hokage's legendary speed he found his own way of replicating it through years of hard work, eventually making Saisyou reinvent the Swift Release Kekkai Genkai, a man-made miracle which raised his popularity to becoming the Ace of his village during his midteens, however he didn't let his reputation consume him, instead he strove towards mastering this newfound power even further.
At the age of 28, Saisyou was elected the new Kusakage after the passing of the 5th, a position he takes very serious even to this day.

A combination of highly skilled taijutsu strikes further enhanced in speed and power by flowing Wind Chakra through his body at the point of contact, furthermore, he manipulates the chakra in a fashion that sucks his opponent towards him by creating a kind of centrifugal field around him, making his attacks hit all the more harder, likewise he can also flip this over into a burst upon contact, increasing the strike's effectiveness tenfold.

A simple chakra transfer technique that focuses on enhancing another individuals Wind Release Technique.

- Swift Release: Shadowless Flight - Jinton: Mueishou
Saisyou uses this technique to move at instantaneous speeds, rapidly striking his opponents at various angles while avoiding any opposition regardless of the opponent's speed or strength.
- Swift Release: Swift-Footed Technique - Jinton: Idaten no Jutsu
An extension of the Swift Release, this technique is focused on traveling several leagues in seconds, Saisyou has managed to travel 5 leagues in 7 seconds using this technique.
- Swift Release: Cast-Off Cicada Shell - Jinton: Utsusemi
Trick Step, Saisyou moves fast enough to leave an afterimage that appears tho have taken the hit, creating an opening to exploit on the enemy.
- Swift Release: Reduced Earth - Jinton: Shukuchi
A technique working in conjunction with chakra concealment, it allows Saisyo to invade a target's blindspot in an instant even if he was in the target's sight prior to the technique's release.
