I managed to do a drawing today! Joy!Encouraged by Ness, I decided to try something "in my own style" But I'm not very good at it. I tried using a simpler style, and ended up getting the closest I'll get to draw something on Disney style. I think…
For those who are wondering who is this character, she is Sarah, Leo’s first girlfriend. She didn’t come out as I wanted, but I think it is acceptable for a first attempt.

I just realized something: your Sarah (well, Leo's Sarah, at least) reminds me of a character named Sarah from one of my favorite movies. Not the personality, but just the looks.

It's called 'Labyrinth'. I did a crossover picture not too long ago with the film, and Total Drama Island. Labyrinth is one of my favorite movies (David Bowie strutting around singing and kicking goblins. It doesn't get much better

Well... They broke up when he was sent to Russia as part of a exchange program, and their relationship sank as he started to date a Russian girl
He tried to back to her, but Sarah politely refused. But, as a last gift, she gave him a silver crucifix
He still has it.

She is beautiful! I cannot believe that this is your first attempt. You are a natural. I love how you went with the "simple look". I have seen you do more defined facial details in your other deviations that is way better that the TD style.
As for the Disney style, she reminds me of Belle. Your technique looks more realistic than Disney and is still very cartoon friendly. If I wanted to take my son to see a well animated cartoon movie, it would be yours hands down.
You are creating an amazing portfolio. Keep working on your technique, it looks great

Have you ever heard this phrase of the Brazilian writer Clarice Lispector: "I only achieve simplicity with enormous effort"? That sums up my biggest obstacle when it comes to things like Disney and TD.
Belle? Is it because of auburn hair, the book and the white and blue in her outfit? More realistic than Disney? Really? That's incredible! Oh, that would be an honor! Hopefully the day I make an animated film, is will be based upon my favorite OC, Gil. I've thought about trying "Disney style" on her too

The smallest details brings the piece together. You do an amazing job doing that. There is also a method that I use that you may have heard. This is the K.I.S.S method, Keep It Simple, Stupid! 
Sara reminds me of Belle for all those reasons that you stated, but Sara is drawn more sincere. Keep up your work, and I would not be surpriesed to see an OC of yours in a film. You have the best OCs in the TD deviation genre, just look at your comments.
I fell very honored that you took the time to work on your technique, and it paid off beautifully.
