I know. He's more Nintendo than Snake was. Why did they put HIM in? Because the creator of Metal Gear Solid is good friends with the people at Nintendo. That's why. If Megaman had made it, they would provide BGM from Megaman Complete Works, Electrical Communication, and anything else as stage music. And the stage would be Dr. Wily's laboratory and the special effect would be a different robot master, Cutman and Gutsman from 1, 1 from 2 through 6, attacking in the center. Megaman's moves would be this:
Standard special: Mega Buster (shoots like Fox's blaster)
Side special: Charge Shot (like Samus)
Up Special: Beat (like Peach's parasol)
Down Special: Slide (you know)
Final Smash: Rush Jet (Megaman jumps onto Rush and comes flying at the other fighters)
And his entrance would be that stream of blue light he comes down upon in each stage in his games. His winner music is the chosen robot theme in MM2 The Power Fighters. Proto Man would've been an assist trophy and he and the others would be trophies and stickers as well. Good huh?
