This is really amazing, it looks just like the original picture, reason I would know? Before I saw this I had the picture tucked away in my Ipod because I used it for a project(and he's cute). But this looks just...breathtakingly accurate it's awesome. Nice job!

I'm completely calm. (Are you?) I just think it's disrespectful, not even to myself, but to the subject of the artwork to say such a thing. If you don't like it, why comment? As artists, we have the right to draw, paint, photograph, and create anything our hearts desire. This includes this kid taking self-portraits of himself and posting them up on his page, and it includes me liking one of his photos and using his work to spur my own. Yes, there are TONS of people who draw 'the popular' here on dA and tons of work that I roll my eyes at thinking exactly what you commented with--stop drawing this person. But artwork is a personal choice. To tell someone to stop doing something just because you don't like it is to suggest that your own tastes and opinions trump theirs. Anthro. Anime. Fan art. I can't really stand it. But I certainly don't tell people to stop.
So, in a nutshell, it's rude. Kind of like it's rude to come to my page, demand something to be stopped, and then tell me to 'calm it down'. A bit bossy, no?
