I love World Stars! It makes Roman history hilarious.. but, sometimes Hetalia is Offensive. But, who gives a damn! The world offends itself anyways!

Oh, the guy is 5th Roman emperor, Nero(but I'm sure you've already known by the time I posted this... Right?). On the cover, his hair's brown, but on the chibi, he's a blond!! Why!?!?
He was said to be a tyrant whom burned down Rome for the sake of art inspiration!!
... But Hima-senses described him as a no-good, chubby guy who fears his mom and became emperor out of reluctance(his Dad, emperor Claudius looks a GREAT deal like Canada, and wanted to stay a history hick instead of emperor, heh), and forces his people to listen to his singing like Jaian.

No character establishment for countries like, Australia, Cameroon, New Zealand, Romania, Bulgaria, etc.
South America still 0. North America 3. Africa 4. Europe 100000000000000000000000000 + micro nations!!!! Asia 1000000 + all the prefectures in Japan!!! Australia 2.
