Here's another reference I commissioned, and the first one uploaded to change things up, the Oni blacksmith Tadamoto.

How's this for shaking things up, the story's biggest (or at least first named) craftsman is an Oni? And a dude.
Before anyone asks, yes, there is a sense of sexual dimorphism between Oni men and women. However, it's not that men are blue and woman are red. Both colors have men and woman, but for both, men are taller and have larger horns than women. Meaning this guy is an 8-foot, muscle bound giant who may, or may not, have hit his head one too many times on the door frame. Or at least his horns.
Not that you can really see the difference in height if you were comparing his sheet to Niwami's , but the horn difference is clear at a glance at least.
I also plan on having a clear cultural difference between the reds and blues. Not a hostile one (like its Red VS. Blue or something), but they are vastly different. However, you know what's coming; that's part of a distant plan.
No real need for a content warning for once (hope this isn't a double standard...)
