My Avatar OC. Her name is Fior, Italian for ‘flower’. She has no back story, I just created her for a contest whose deadline is long past. She started out as a version of me, but later grew into my ideal of an earthbender.Is it just me or are earth benders sadly and egregiously misrepresented? Almost all earth benders are some degree of insane or wild (or pansy-ish). Yet the Earth is not at all insane; it’s flawlessly methodical and so lethal it’s almost sinister. So I made my Earthbender sly and a little evil-looking. Woot? She's apparently in poor health as well. That was an accident. Sorry, Fior.
I cant tell how I feel about this piece yet. Its too late at night and I'm too consumed with my new iPod. I'll probably insult it in the morning.

I think if anyone would be insane it would have been the Fire because it a rageing thing they create only destruction and are unconnected to anything really. earth is not the same.

I'd like to know how you do hair.. its looks fabulous! and its good to have a character who can be biatch, makes them less mary sueish.. I think you designed her well! :3

Well like Jeong Jeong said "Earth is steady and stable." We need a more earth bound earthbender. I don't think Haru qualifies (not sure why). And Toph is pretty bad ass but she's still a kid... I think you're on the right track with this sinister thing. She looks really sexy (kinda in a black widow way too). The leaves on her wrist guards and her on her necklace remind me of the Leaves of Lothlorian (sp?) from LOTR for some reason.

As a fan of the TV show, I love what you have done here. Its great and I really like it.
I also love a table top RPG called Exalted.. an this kind of image would work very well in that setting as well.
