Description This is some experimentation I did with photo transfers. I'm not a fan of how it turned out, but I still wanted to share it. It was made with huge help from ~mattbeach. C:

The original idea for the piece was taken from Kiki Smith. She's an amazing contemporary artist; one of my favorites.

It took like a week. I tried photo transfers from acetate then just from the paper. And the ink ran and I tried all of this stuff. I tried oil rubs, then I glossed it and collaged into it and it took forever. I still love Kiki Smith though. <3

You should. But make sure you have a really strong photographer standing over you helping you the entire time. C:
