I wanted to exercise with the pen tool some more so I decided to go for more Disney fan art, and more round characters!I love Flounder. I recently rewatched The Little Mermaid after a long time since my last viewing and Flounder always manages to make me smile. He's a great, sweet, quirky character, the kind of character Disney has not really done ever since.
Again, the character was entirely done on Photoshop and the background is from the Disney website.

Indeed Flounder is an adorable character! Just beautiful work here, you really seemed to have gotten the grasp of the pen tool by now. And the shading makes him look as if he was straight out of Disney! Good job
