I took me a couple tries to make him look the way I wanted. I thought of just making him a chibi face with a four heads tall body but I wanted to stay true to is original design and elongate the face a bit.

XD It's true. I did know as soon as I saw the chimney. And you got his accent great! The whole orphan prison brigade is a great idea, too.
So, I don't know enough about the preceedings to be certain: is Chimbley a contestant, or just a spectator that everyone knows about? I've seen numerous mentions of him concerning the Law of Talos contest.
These are great! I'm really enjoying these spectator comics of yours! ^^ And you are really good at it! The art looks good, and the storyline in fun and engaging. And may I just say, I was very impressed w/ the image in panel 5 of her stretching her back. The pose looks prefect; not always an easy task. Overall, excellent job! I shall continue reading now. ^^
