Description Took this photo this evening while watching all the birds come back to the water...I played around with it in Photoshop Elements 6.0. I still don't know how to work with layers so I couldn't even say all the things I did.
All I know is I had fun...

i really like the way you've taken this photo! the clouds look really spectacular here and with the building right at the bottom of the photo, it looks like it's taken out of heaven.
