looks like a little blue flower....cavansite (a rather rare crystal of calcium vanadium and silicon) on stilbite (a concoction of sodium calcium aluminum silicate)
this one is from Wagholi, Maharashtra, India

it's really small, the blue crystal is maybe a quarter inch
