Nicely done lid, interesting idea to pinch the spout thus, and I have a weekness for curlicues and admire your handle! Are the ends of the handle coil pulled or just pressed flat? The color also came out with a lovely visual texture. Overall, it has character.

I love the shape of it's spout and the gradual gradient-like effect between the colours. <3

May inquire about the ingredients of those glazes. I've been trying to make a really good green and your info would help with search a lot. Is there perhaps some chrome and magnesium?

I'm gonna post recipes soon - no chrome (definitely) or manganese in these that I remember
^6 glazes - ocean green and Pete Pinnels weathered blue

At first, the lid looked like a dish that had been flipped over. This is very nicely done.

I love the almost organic look of the glaze. It reminds me of things underwater, of stones overgrown with bright emerald algae and corals. The rounded, swirling shapes of the pot only serve to empathize that feeling. A truly wonderful little teapot!

I love the glaze and I love the handle, but I especially love the little pinch in the spout. One of the most wonderful things about pottery is how it retains the marks of the hands, how it can have such warmth and humanity to it. That little pinched spout is one of those touches for me, that make it feel like I'd be able to press my thumb into the clay and leave a mark. Hmm. Rambling. Gorgeous piece.

This is beautiful! I love the whole design, handle, spout but the real glory of this piece, for me, is that lid. It seems to be an up-turned saucer for the tea pot to sit on. It just makes me want to poor some tea right now. The joy of the peace guaranties my friends and I will have a wonderful visit with tea. Just a gorgeous piece of art work. Thank you for sharing and please keep creating. We all need the beauty.
