I love this. The transition from blue to green is delightful and I love the solitary feel of the boat stuck in the sand. Good job!

............Uh the poles are ugly! The boat is stuck in the sand. There is a hole in the boat anyway so don’t worry about it. Besides where is the rope tying the boat? Stuck, hole, no rope.

...this always will remain just fine....It is possible that an extension of the canvas to the left, as I showed you, might have a figure, but it now seems frivolous to suggest that the Belmondo-pose you have done be placed there (digitally) ....

This is evocative- I can smell the water & salt in the air...
Yes, the boat adds a lot- its good to make it blue,
esp that sympathetic hue of blue...one notices your
memorable-characteristic color in the waves...
