Oh, got it. It was hanbok. That's what I thought. I think that full-flowing skirt with a tight jeogori is the true point of hanbok.

I love this style of art. Actually, this art reminds me of a Vogue magazine's cover( I don't clearly remember the name) which was a photo of a little girl wearing hanbok, sitting on a three-leg chair with some kittens on the ground.
