I have some trouble with the background (of couurse), with her face and the skirts but I think it came out really well!I don't know where she's sitting but who cares? she has wings, she can do whatever she wants, right? XD
The title is based on the Utada Hikaru's song "sanctuary"

This might be nit-picky but the reflection of her skirts have a lace fringe when they really don't? Overall great piece with lovely colors.

ahh i noticed that too, also the foot reflects fully even when part is submerged i think.
i kind of thought it would reflect an off-personality maybe when i first noticed. the colors are amazing tho! nice shading!
