Love the bulk of this guys silhouette. I'm also really digging that neck horn - the way it wraps around. It adds an interesting touch to his otherwise normal "shaman-look". Awesome painting!

Very nicely done man!! I think that there's just a small issue on his left arm (the one on the right for us), maybe his forearm is a little too long.
Btw is it for the WotC test ?

The arm could be a little long, considering the angle... (I wanted it to be clear that his arms are long. With that crouched posture, the arm should almost touch the ground.)
I'm not currently looking for freelance since I'm busy with Monsters By Email, but I wanted some character art for my portfolio, and thought I might as well do the orc shaman, and have more use for my portfolio, when I once more look for gigs.
