Opened it in ACR, enhanced the colors, contrast and such. Moved on to PS and played a little with curves, then I duplicated the layer and applied Gaussian blur (40 something), changed the blending mode to Soft light and then I applied a layer mask to get rid of the dark areas. And lastly I resized and sharpened it for the web
