No, it's still very adorble, it looks like it's taking a drink. Or attempting to hide from the Squirtile(sp). No matter were the head is it's very good.

Thank you~ <3
If you want to do pixel art you can use every program even MS Paint (I use Photoshop). I made two tutorials [link] (they may not explain how I did this but they show the basics).
And my entry isn't that good ^^" We'll have to wait for the other entries (and I'm sure they will be better than mine)

Haha, this was easier than you would think~ :'D
I only did the darker reflection once, than I multiplied it, changed the color to white and I chose a lower opacity (36%). I ordered the white layer under the darker blue layer and moved it a bit (approx. by 1-2px. to the right and 1-2 px forwards)
The animation only consists of 2 images.
So for the second one I used the reflection layers of the first image but I moved them a bit to the right and forward (of course I had to add a bit on the left ^^") and then I added a few more reflections. After that I only had to change the bright reflections near the two pokemons (I moved squirtel by one pixel) and it then it was finished~

But I'm not very good with water so this was a rather lazy way. (I know that I should have made at least 3 different images for a fluent and correct water animation^^")
